Our Wellness Community
When you join my virtual wellness community, you will be surrounded (virtually!) by other women who will be there to hold you accountable to your workouts, meal plans, personal development and healthy habits! I like to this of it as we are “alone together” because get to do things on our own time, but have our virtual crew lol! This crew is a GAME CHANGER for the women living a busy life and a packed schedule, who needs a time-efficient routines that is also effective.
So, how does it work exactly? When you register, you immediately get added to my virtual wellness community. Once plugged in, you will be able to log your workouts, share healthy meals and interact with everyone else - encourage, listen, ask questions… whatever you want to do! The main this is to SHOW UP and share your progress, whether through photos or words, because that’s what holds you accountable and ultimately helps you reach your goals!
The Workouts
We are all in different phases of life and that is why I use a “pick your program” when we work together. When you join you get access to hundreds of workout programs, and you and I will work together to find the program that is right for you in the stage of life that you are in. All I ask is that you SHOW UP and SHARE your workouts and progress on our shared platform! We can always course correct as we go - most important things is we get your body moving in a way that aligns with your goals. We all have good day, bad days and everything in between, so there is no judgement if you’re not perfect (we are all human!). We focus on PROGRESS over PERFECTION in our community, so we can put one foot in front of the other little by little. Just as long as you’re moving and taking care of YOU!
The Nutrition Approaches
You get access to two nutrition programs with your registration that do pair well with any fitness program (or simply on it’s own!) Both are based on wholesome, clean eating are meant to be lifestyle approaches to eating to meet your goals and NOT diets. Neither is better than the other, you just get to choose which one is best for YOU and your lifestyle!
Option 1: Mindful Eating Approach
An intuitive approach to what you should be eating and what your plate should look like at each meal. This plan has zero “off limits” food. No “cheating”, measuring, or calorie counting. It’s simply focused around how your body responds to food and follows an effective "2 pounds at a time" approach to weight loss.
Option 2: “Macros for Dummies”
This is a slightly more structured meal plan focused on macronutrients and whole foods. I like to call it “Macros for Dummies” lol! Through the use of color-coded containers that assist in portion control, and an easy-to-follow and educational plan, you’ll find freedom with food, learn what foods are best for fueling your body and feel amazing as you race towards your goals!
The Investment
“This sounds awesome Kels, but what’s it gonna cost me?”
That’s right - this is an investment in YOU! The investment options vary depending on your individual goals, needs and situation. I don’t like to list them ALL out as we always will chat first to pick the best path to fit your needs. However, I know I always like to get an idea before pressing that “more info” button, so I’d say the general range is between $190-$330 for new clients.
